Roofing sheet

IBR wide span sheets

Wider cover width means fewer sheets and fewer laps per square metre, so it is faster to fix and more economical on large roofs.

Qtile sheets Show the tile profile clearly from an angle.
Roofing sheet

Qtile sheets

The look of a tiled roof at a fraction of the weight and cost. Popular on residential builds where appearance matters.

Alucushion Roll of foil insulation, partly unrolled.
Insulation

Alucushion

Foil-faced insulation laid beneath the sheeting. Cuts heat gain, reduces condensation and softens rain noise.

Ridge & trim

Roll top ridges

Rounded capping that closes the apex where two roof slopes meet, sealing the ridge line and finishing the roof off cleanly.

Get a price
Valley gutter Formed V-channel, shot along its length.
Ridge & trim

Valley gutter

Formed steel channel fitted where two roof slopes run together, carrying the combined water flow down the valley without leaking into the structure.

Bashboard covers Steel cover on a gable edge, or flat stock.
Ridge & trim

Bashboard covers

Steel covers that cap the board along the roof edge, keeping weather off the timber beneath and giving the roofline a clean finished line.

Payment

Pay the way that suits you

We take every payment method in common use in Zimbabwe, so you can settle an order whichever way your money is sitting on the day. Cash, mobile money, swipe or transfer, in USD or ZiG.

And because roofing is usually the single biggest line on a build, we also run a layby. Lock in today's price and today's stock, pay it down in instalments, and collect once it is settled. Open to homeowners, builders and trade customers alike.

Where it is made

Purpose-built for volume

Our Seke Industrial plant was configured around roll-forming equipment and material handling from the ground up, not converted from something else.

10m × 24m × 5.5m

Building footprint, sized so full-length sheets can be rolled, handled and stacked under cover without cutting corners.

Steel frame structure

Steel channel and IBR sheet construction on a reinforced concrete slab, built for continuous industrial use.

Reinforced foundation

Concrete slab with 1m concrete scatting on three sides, rated for heavy equipment and loaded material movement.

10m × 6m dispatch bay

Dedicated entrance and loading area so bulk trade orders go out without holding up the production floor.

Who we supply

From one house to two hundred units

The order book runs from a homeowner buying twenty sheets to a developer scheduling delivery across a whole phase. Both get the same price transparency.

Home builders

Materials, fitting, or both, for a single house.

Hardware retailers

Wholesale supply for resale, at trade rates.

Contractors

Bulk material supply with reliable lead times.

Property developers

Phased delivery scheduled to the build programme.
